Beginning with a seasoned hardwood frame whose wood is seasoned on the factory premises for a minimum of 3 years; the chair, 2 seat, 3 seat and 4 seat elements with one or two arms and 2 different corner units make up the basic elements of this grouping. They are infinitely configurable into any size and shape desired. The wooden frame padded in and the seat cushions are made from non-deformable 40-50 kg per cubic meter foam and the back cushions are stuffed with a special ‘Technolat’ patented system of lozenge shaped silicon coated polyester fibers and natural latex rubber than mimics all the qualities of down without the need to plump the pillows as they have a ‘memory’ which returns them to their initial condition after any pressure has been exerted on them.
