A Look Inside the Avora

Unprecedented Lifestyle

Adjacent to the Port Imperial Ferry Terminal, overlooking the Manhattan skyline, the 11-story Avora condominium by LandSea Homes is setting a new standard for luxury living on the Weehawken waterfront. With a rich array of modern amenities — from the heated outdoor swimming pool on the sweeping rooftop terrace; to the state-of-the-art fitness center with steam showers and saunas; to the indoor golf simulator, gaming room, and theatre — the Avora truly stands as a testament to sophisticated urban living. Pair this with the condominium’s ultra-contemporary design appeal, affluent surrounding neighborhood and proximity to New York City, and it is clear why LandSea calls the Avora living experience “an unprecedented lifestyle.”

Redefining Luxury Urban Living

Unprecedented, indeed — now, the Avora can also add “flexible living spaces” to its long list of amenities. Resource Furniture worked with LandSea Homes to install our Nuovoliola queen wall bed, as well as our Home Office transforming desk-to-cabinet, in the Avora’s model apartment, tripling the functionality and available floor space of what was originally a cozy apartment den. With a few easy motions, this unit instantly gains a fully functioning third bedroom and home office — with unimpeded views of Manhattan, to boot.

The Avora is one of the many residential real estate development projects we’ve worked on as part of our goal to help people re-imagine the possibilities for small space living. At a time when urban housing comes at such a high premium, multi-functionality is an invaluable asset to developers, landlords and tenants alike. By integrating flexible, transforming furnishings into a building’s design and long-term vision, we not only added maximize functionality and comfort to the Avora’s living space, but also ensured this space can meet the needs of a variety of occupants — without skimping on cutting-edge style.
