YOTELPAD: Park City — Hit the Slopes, Then Comfortably Unwind in Your Micro-Condo
May 21, 2018
Park City has grown from a picturesque resort in Utah, to the preeminent destination for independent film debuts and winter sports. The mountain views, crisp air, and excellent ski conditions continue to draw more and more residents. As a result, micro-living has made its way to Park City, the largest ski resort in the U.S., resting at the base in Canyons Village.
Consisting of 144 units, YOTELPAD Park City are condominiums with price points beginning at $275K. They will feature smart technology, concierge services, communal spaces for socializing, and of course, multi-functional furniture provided by Resource Furniture. The majority of the units will be 338 square-feet and include kitchen equipment, linens, YOTEL’s “Monsoon” rain shower in the bathroom, large view windows, and our designer furniture.
Items featured at YOTELPAD include the Tango, a queen-size sofa wall bed with a shelf that remains horizontal when the bed is folded down, in addition to a sliding sofa seat that offers more lounging. Some units include the Kali Duo, a twin-size bunk wall bed system perfect for hosting guests or for families with siblings, and the Kali Duo Board, a similar bunk wall bed that features a writing desk when the beds are folded up.
Primarily known for their compact and trendy cabin-style hotel rooms, YOTEL has proven to be at the forefront of efficient living. The partnership with Resource Furniture only adds to their reputation of innovative housing for a modern America.
