When our Los Angeles clients set out to remodel their home, they envisioned a truly multifunctional and luxurious space that could effortlessly adapt to their dynamic lifestyle. Beyond simply accommodating the occasional dinner party, their goal was to create a home that could serve as a venue for conferences, seminars, overnight retreats, and intimate gatherings. The original, dilapidated bungalow gave way to two distinct structures, each approximately 1,400 square feet. These structures are connected by a central courtyard, which serves as a versatile outdoor living space—ideal for both relaxation and entertaining guests. In reimagining their West Hollywood home, the clients achieved a balance between hosting larger groups and maintaining the comfort of daily living—creating a sanctuary that effortlessly transitions from a home office to a home gym and beyond.

Maximizing Space with Thoughtful, Multifunctional Design

Our Italian-made wall beds, transforming tables, and modular seating solutions played a pivotal role in ensuring that nearly every room serves multiple purposes. In one of the master guest suites, the Swing Chaise wall bed creates a luxurious studio apartment feel. This piece showcases how our products can transform a small space into a well-appointed retreat. Guests enjoy a spacious living area by day and a restful sleeping area by night—proving that even the most limited square footage can offer a generous living experience.

Sliding glass doors in each suite open onto green roof decks, providing guests with a private outdoor retreat to enjoy the warm California sun. To maintain flexibility in their home gym, the clients incorporated the Lollisoft bunk bed by Clei. This innovative piece is perfect for accommodating two overnight guests without compromising on space. The extra-long twin mattresses and high weight capacity ensure that adults and children alike have a comfortable place to rest. Our space-saving coffee tables were also custom-designed to integrate seamlessly with the overall aesthetic, sliding effortlessly under the beds when opened—offering a clean, uncluttered look.
