The Altea wall bed is a beautifully engineered solution for transforming small spaces into multifunctional environments. With a closed depth of under 14 inches, Altea provides a full-length Twin XL or Intermediate sleeping surface that folds down effortlessly—making it an ideal choice for furniture for small spaces in residential, hospitality, or commercial settings.

Crafted in Italy by CLEI, Altea features a patented soft-open/close mechanism with concealed pistons for seamless operation, as well as an optional padded headboard for added comfort. Whether used as a daily sleeper or for occasional guests, Altea offers the comfort and durability of a traditional bed in a compact, vertically oriented design.

Altea is also available as the Altea Book, with integrated interior shelving for added functionality. It can be paired with a Murphy bed desk, Murphy bed with couch, or other modular components to create spaces that effortlessly adapt from living to working, sleeping to entertaining.

This system is fully customizable with a wide range of finishes, fabrics, and COM options, allowing it to integrate beautifully into any design context—from private homes to vacation properties, remote workspaces, and real estate developments.
