Yotelpad Miami: The New Hybrid Hospitality Concept

Resource Furniture has teamed up with joint venture partners Aria Development Group and AQARAT on the YOTELPAD Miami project, a new hybrid-hospitality concept making waves in Downtown Miami.

YotelPad Miami

Located at 227 NE 2nd Street, YOTELPAD Miami is the first East coast location of the YOTELPAD residential-hotel hybrid concept. The 29-story tower includes 231 condo units and 222 micro-sized hotel units. Residential units come in 425 SF studios, one-bedroom and 700 SF two-bedroom floor plans; pricing starts at $250,000 and units come fully furnished and move-in ready with an array of transforming and space-maximizing furniture pieces supplied by Resource Furniture. Owners of the residential units have the unique ability to rent their “pads” for short-term use via the hotel's rental pool program.

Resource worked our space-saving magic on 145 of YOTELPAD Miami’s residential condo units, furnishing them with an array of multifunctional and transforming pieces to maximize comfort and create effortless modifying and stacking options for buyers. Our partnership with YOTELPAD Miami marks Resource Furniture’s first large-scale residential contract project in Miami.
