Residential units range from 425-square-foot studios to 700-square-foot two-bedroom layouts, all fully furnished and move-in ready with a curated selection of Resource Furniture’s space-maximizing and multifunctional pieces. Additionally, owners have the unique opportunity to rent out their residences via the hotel's rental pool program, adding a layer of flexibility that complements modern lifestyles.
Resource Furniture has elegantly outfitted 145 of YOTELPAD Miami’s residential condo units, incorporating our signature collection of multifunctional and transformative pieces to enhance each space’s comfort, adaptability, and style. This partnership represents Resource Furniture’s first large-scale residential project in Miami, setting a new benchmark for sophisticated, space-efficient living.

Additionally, the units feature the Kali Duo Board bunk wall beds, designed with an integrated seven-foot writing desk, the Celsius Round transforming dining table with self-storing leaves that extends up to five feet, paired with our Flow stackable dining chairs, and the Thin queen-sized storage bed. These pieces, alongside the Falda console-to-dining table and the Nora lounge chair, seamlessly blend form and function to elevate everyday living.
