YotelPad Miami Makes Waves with New Hybrid-Hospitality Concept
Resource Furniture has teamed up with joint venture partners Aria Development Group and AQARAT on the YOTELPAD Miami project, a new hybrid-hospitality concept making waves in Downtown Miami.
Located at 227 NE 2nd Street, YOTELPAD Miami is the first East coast location of the YOTELPAD residential-hotel hybrid concept. The 29-story tower includes 231 condo units and 222 micro-sized hotel units. Residential units come in 425 SF studios, one-bedroom and 700 SF two-bedroom floor plans; pricing starts at $250,000 and units come fully furnished and move-in ready with an array of transforming and space-maximizing furniture pieces supplied by Resource Furniture. Owners of the residential units have the unique ability to rent their “pads” for short-term use via the hotel's rental pool program.
Resource worked our space-saving magic on 145 of YOTELPAD Miami’s residential condo units, furnishing them with an array of multifunctional and transforming pieces to maximize comfort and create effortless modifying and stacking options for buyers. Our partnership with YOTELPAD Miami marks Resource Furniture’s first large-scale residential contract project in Miami.
“YOTELPAD is breaking new ground in the hospitality and residential sectors with its commitment to space efficiency and technological innovation – which converges perfectly with our mission and vision.” said Steve Spett, Resource Furniture co-founder and director, Contract Division. “We’ve experienced great success with YOTELPAD’s Park City development, and we’re excited to bring our transformative furniture to the brand’s Miami location.”
Residences at the new YOTELPAD Miami will feature the Tango Sofa, a three-to-four-seat luxurious sofa, which easily opens to reveal a queen-sized wall bed; the Kali Duo Board bunk wall beds with an integrated seven-foot writing desk; the new Celsius Round transforming dining table, which extends to a roomy five feet in length with two self-storing leaves, paired with the Flow stackable dining chairs; the Thin queen-sized storage bed; the Falda transforming console-to-dining table; and the Nora complementary lounge chair, among other pieces from Resource Furniture’s collection.
A frontrunner in creating multi-functional living systems, Resource Furniture is the largest and original space-saving furniture brand, providing carefully curated collections for 20 years. Boasting eight showrooms in major cities like New York and Los Angeles, the company uses its furniture to transform spaces of all sizes in a luxurious way with beauty and flexibility at its core. Designed by Italian craftsmen, Resource Furniture’s innovative collections feature the most technologically advanced furniture solutions available in the world, constantly evolving and expanding to remain at the forefront of great design made to last.
“After seeing Resource Furniture’s success at YOTELPAD Park City, it was a natural fit for them to furnish YOTELPAD Miami,” said David Arditi, principal of Aria Development Group. “We are confident that Resource Furniture will amplify the functionality of these residences, and are excited to see the final product.”
