Park City has grown from a picturesque resort in Utah, to the preeminent destination for independent film debuts and winter sports. Consisting of 144 units, YotelPAD Park City are condominiums with price points beginning at $275K. Multifunctional furniture featured at YotelPAD Park City include the Tango Sofa, a Murphy bed with a couch that transforms into a queen-size bed. Its innovative design features an ingenious shelf that pulls down to become the foot of the bed. Tango Sofa’s patented design ensures that the shelf remains level with the floor at all times, so all of your books and other items remain in place even while the bed is in use. Meanwhile, Tango Sofa’s sliding seats offer extra room to recline. Some units include the Kali Duo, a twin-size Murphy bunk bed perfect for hosting guests or for families with siblings, while other units feature the multi-purpose Kali Duo Board, a similar Murphy bunk bed that features a built-in, seven-foot writing desk when the beds are folded up. In the living area, the elegant Dynamic height-adjusting table instantly transforms from a coffee table, to a work surface, to a dining table by way of a hidden lever under the tabletop.
